Three types of Lean Cuisine products, all distributed nationwide, are included in the recall. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service considers this a Class I recall with a high health risk.  The meals may contain foreign materials, which have been identified as small pieces of hard plastic. The discovery was made after the company received consumer complaints and a report of one injury.
